| Our customer provided an inked sketch of this beloved sports reporter. We scanned the sketch and then redrew it in Adobe Illustrator. It was then converted into vector-based AutoCAD.dxf file. We then converted it once more into ProEnginner, a machining program software. Once mechanical parameters were complete, it was cut on a vertical high-speed machining centers. This piece of art was milled out of steel and its finish was sandblasted. All processes were completed by our in-house, professional staff. The final product is placed outside a Maryland ball park. | ||
