Our Commitment to Our Customers

Our commitment to our customers begins with a dedicated Production Management Team. This team's goal is to make sure that all steps of the job are followed through with the utmost control.

Communication is key with these team members who assign and follow through with each job's required tasks: Client communication; Purchasing; Programming parts; Scheduling; Inspection; and Value-added production, only to name a few.

On occasion our customers' engineers may redesign a part during our production cycle. We realize that this is the nature of the prototype manufacturing industry and we remain flexible to accommodate those changes. We analyze whether we can incorporate the modification into the original design to minimize additional costs to our customer. This is just one way we strive to meet your needs with quality parts through clear communication between the customer and Production Management Team.

All-Important Inspection Control

Our motto in the shop is, "Measure Twice, Cut Once." This thought is what keeps our production staff on target when it comes to manufacturing parts within tolerance. This process is repeated again and again throughout the day.

Our in-house Inspector maintains a detailed check sheet for every manufactured part. No job goes into full production without the first-peice inspection approval. Once the production phase has begun, critical machining reports are implemented to make sure tolerances are maintained.

The use of coordinate measurement machines (CMM) allows for superior accuracy and true 3-D measuring power. These CMM machines, along with traditional measuring devices, in coordination with complete paper documentation, make our inspection process state-of-the-art. Our customers benefit from this process when they receive precisely produced parts.
