This recently purchased Anayak has a bed size of 4' X 5' X 10'. Like a Mack truck this is all brut. Large scale items are milled on this 5-axis machine.

This "spider" extrusion press die just came off the Haas VF-6. The turned part (right) is awaiting set-up and has a long way to go -- 112 hours of vertical machining -- before looking like the piece on the left. Our Forming Department is extremely talented and skilled. Our two Amada CNC press brakes allow us to shape metals in a variety of degrees.

This fuel tank for a military vehicle was an engineering and fabrication challenge. The masterful marriage of precise forming and welding fabrication on the exterior, as well as the interior, made this piece look more like a work of art rather than a fuel tank.
